Vindhya began by creating and facilitating content to improve students' curiosity and critical thinking through the Shala program. She has been an Academic Support Volunteer at Make a Difference, working with students in Bangalore’s shelter homes on Science and English. She has also worked with the Andhra Pradesh government to improve the education system's capacity to cater to children with special needs. Currently, she is the Program Design Lead at Involve Learning Solutions Foundation, a non-profit working to improve student agency in education. 

Vindhya loves stories of all kinds - reading, watching movies and plays, and playing board games. She believes that she is a sponge for learning and strives to keep the child within her alive.

Raj is a seasoned Trainer with a background in Engineering. His passion lies in nurturing future leaders through education and leadership development. Over his nine years with EXPA, an NGO, he worked as a Trainer and Portfolio Head of Technology, training thousands of youngsters & professionals across the country. 

Before FYV, Raj's career included diverse roles: a Technology Analyst at Deloitte, a Business Analyst at Consleague and Karza Technologies, and a Product Manager at a fintech company, Perfios. This blend of experiences in startups and Big Four consulting has equipped him with the skills to create impactful experiences and foster a supportive community at FYV.

As a strong believer in being and staying curious, Raj aims to build a community through Find Your Voice where students can enjoy learning, support each other, and grow together.
