And remember, anyone who’s done something worthwhile knows they didn’t/couldn’t do it all alone.

Rest, don’t/ shouldn’t matter.

👉 how does it benefit them (quantifiable + unquantifiable)

And keep building on that.

Here’s what happened –

I got a lead on LinkedIn from the CEO of a healthcare websites/app development startup.

It was for a copywriting project.

My pricing didn’t fit their budget.

So that project didn’t happen.

But they made another offer:

“Send me referrals for website/app development & if the deal gets converted, you will get Rs.10,000/- as referral fee”

Tbh, I didn’t take it seriously😅

One day after work I connected all the connections who asked for my help to their relevant folks over message.

One of them was him.

I sent him a few leads who had asked me if I also provide web dev services.

Then I forgot about it & carried on with my life.

Few weeks passed by until one evening,

as I opened LinkedIn, there was a sweet surprise waiting for me in the DM.

It was from him!

He informed one of the leads I sent him got converted & asked for my bank details to send me referral fees as promised.

Sweet 10K came to my account🥰

for working🤝 but not working🖋😬🙈

That day I realized the power of having a solid personal brand goes way beyond the obvious ie.
– job opportunities
– business leads
– career growth

So many reasons why you should start building your personal brand & any reason why you shouldn’t?
