“I’m posting consistently still not getting any leads.” If I got a $ every time someone tells me this, I still won’t be a millionaire ๐ but you get the drift๐ฌ๐
Clearly, consistency isn’t enough.
You got to have a: – purpose – plan – strategy – execution (of which consistency is a part)
Where to start?
Start by writing a clear, crisp & interesting ‘I help’ statement that answers: ๐ who you help? ๐ what do you help them with? ๐ how? ๐ how does it benefit them (quantifiable + unquantifiable)
My engagement strategy on LinkedIn is simple – stay curious & keep it natural.
And it mostly makes me end up:
๐ having some great fun/encouraging/learning conversations ๐ getting to know someone new with at least one shared common interest (& you know which one :)) ๐ becoming friends ๐ finding out what’s new in my field of interest ๐ knowing about some new opportunity ๐ being enquired for project/work
How does it happen?
Simply by: – following my natural interests (mostly work/career-related) – see what I like & connect with it – connect with who I find interesting
In short, just stay curious & keep it simple๐โ
