Off the shell!

Boiled eggs dressed in finely chopped onion, tomato, chili🌶 and sprinkled with black pepper and salt.

If this doesn’t melt your heart and water your mouth, then I don’t know what will🥚😍

When I’m in a rush, want to make a quick breakfast yet something that’s healthy and nutrients rich to keep me supple for a good ling while eggs inevitably become my first choice.

And why not?

Eggs after all are an excellent source of healthy fats and proteins, a vital component for your health that’s needed in building your muscles and bones and producing hormones and enzymes.

Do you know, eggs are a one-stop-shop for all 9 amino acids required by our body?

Along with it, eggs are also a rich source of some very important vitamins (Vit A, B12, B5, B2), minerals, nutrients and antioxidants for our bodies.

All of this awesomeness packed in around 77 cal (cal/ egg) and little carbs, isn’t that fantastic?🤩

And if you’re having a boiled egg, even better, you’ve dodged the extra calories & fat component if you would have fried it. So congos for that😝

Some might question the high dietary cholesterol component in eggs, which as per studies does has very little on blood cholesterol.

Thus, for most, they don’t associate with risks in heart disease and don’t increase the total or “bad” LDL cholesterol levels.

Though, diabetics should be cautious about having eggs regularly.

Huh, what more can I can say, eggs high nutritional value clearly makes them an amazing food to incorporate into our diet.

For one, I surely have it included in mine. What about you?
