Top 5 Reasons to Have a Social Media Content Strategy

If you’ve read my blogs earlier then you’ll know that I talk alot about finding your voice and how you can express yourself most authentically if can do that. Well, carving out a content strategy for my social media presence has been one pivotal point how I’ve been able to do that and it has helped me immensely, not just as a professional but also in my growth as a person.

So without further delay, let’s dive right in and find out the top 5 reasons to have a social media content strategy:

  1. Helps identify brand’s key tenets and value proposition

    – What should be your core messaging?
    – What’s your value proposition?
    – What is it that people relate you with?

    It saves you alot of time as in to think about your content, ones your key themes and central messaging themes are sorted, then it becomes much easier to create fresh content around those basic tenets and it saves a lot of time, which you can then use in doing other productive or not-so-productive works 😛 Basically you’ll be left with much more time at hand than otherwise

    No explanation needed but still- clearer messaging, better expression, deeper and more resonating impact and thus an impression worth remembering for good!

    Without a proper content strategy in place, you run the risk of derailing from your current positining and losing your brand voice

A well carve out content strategy helps in guiding the next steps in your career or business if you’re a business owner
